2015 RPSA Annual Conference - Expanding Horizons

The 2015 RPSA Annual Conference marks a turning point in the maturity of the Association as we move our focus from one of development to one of growth. Growth in the membership, growth in the numbers entering the profession, and growth in the levels of work that members can achieve.

This year’s Conference is all about how your RPSA is working to help you develop your business. Speakers will offer valuable insights as to how you can develop your personal skills and extend the reach of your services. Keynote speakers will help you understand the marketplace and how you can maximise business opportunity. And the RPSA will be extending the range of services on offer to its members.

As we open up membership criteria to invite chartered surveyors into the Association, the RPSA is set to become the central hub for independent residential surveyors in the UK, raising the profile of its’ members, and placing us at the heart of the industry.

Places at the Conference are limited and demand is already high, so please make sure to book early and avoid missing out.

Great value CPD, motivation, and knowledge…and all for just £75 (RPSA members) or £95 (non-members)

Guest speakers include:-

  • Political Analyst – what is going to happen at the General Election?
  • Mike Clough from the Invasive Non-Native Specialists Association (INNSA) to talk about Japanese Knotweed
  • Alex Frame – Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors

NES Masterclass

SAVA will be running an HCS Masterclass in Bolton with trainer Ian Brindle on Wednesday 30th April (The Mercury, Bolton).

This class is a great way to enhance your surveying and inspection skills and gain confidence in diagnosing defects and applying consistent condition ratings. This masterclass will also give you the rare opportunity to network with other surveyors, to discuss Home Condition Surveys and to share tips and experiences with other surveyors.

The focus will be on inspection techniques and recording methods and learners will get the opportunity to carry out an inspection on a real property for discussion later in the class. For this reason, you will be expected to bring your inspection kit.

The course costs £95+ VAT for NHER/SAVA members and £125+ VAT for non members. For more information and to book, please click here.
